Unity Power Technology Pte Limited is an unique technology company based in Singapore. The company was founded by a group of SiC semiconductor veterans who want to better serve the fast-growing SiC power management markets with specialized SiC MOSFETs that go into high-performance customized power modules. We provide technology licensing service, SiC wafer sales, turn-key SiC MOSFET solutions, SiC power module products and consultation services.
Our mission is to know our customers and becomes essential to our customers. We provide One-Stop solutions from device simulation, layout design, material selection, process setup, package BOM setup to final test and yield analysis. Our 650V to 2000V SiC MOSFETs are using the latest generation technology that is competitive with other world leading SiC manufacturers.
